¨ Pregnancy – during first 3 months of pregnancy, physical treatments are
not recommended

Asthma (severe)

Neuritis

Bell’s palsy
¨
Osteoporosis
¨
Recent surgical operations
¨
Epilepsy

Medical oedema
¨
Nervous or psychotic conditions

Trapped or pinched nerve’s

Cardio-vascular disease including Thrombosis, Phlebitis, Hypertension,
Hypotension & Angina etc

Aneurosa, embolisms etc
Localised conditions (area to be avoided during most treatments except Reiki):

Cuts/ abrasions

Scar tissue (2 yrs for major surgery/ 6m for minor surgery)
